Topsoil Restaurant in Travelers Rest, SC is a farm to table restaurant.  Led by Chef Adam Cooke, a 2020 James Beard Semi-finalist for Best Chef Southeast, Topsoil's mission is to connect our guests with the freshest local ingredients and the farmers who grow their food.  Most of the farms we work with are within a 10 mile radius of the restaurant including our own farm just 2.5 miles down the road.  In fact, you probably traveled farther to come to the restaurant than your food did. Each month we host a Plant Based Supper Club and feature a local farmer.  This is a five course plant based, vegan, fine dining experience with wine pairings optional.
